(2) Why don’t provide your test certificate for each product?
Answer:
The test certificate will be provided only if you need to have the testing. But we can provide the test certificate for some of spare parts like mechanism, caster, gas lift and so on. Also when we say the goods can pass some due certificate. That means the quality is enough to meet with the requirement of testing rules If you need to get a certificate for products.
First you need to pay the testing money, then we will send the goods to test service company like SGS, TUV, LGA, BV and so on.
(3) when we will adjust our quotation price?
Answer:
1. The valid time of quotation.
2. The cost of original material rises up which beyond of control.
3. The exchange rate changing.
(4) when you got no reply from our sales, what is to be done next?
Answer:
Please send email directly to our after sale service. When we received you Email, we will reply within 8am-6pm every day.
(5) which fair your company usually take part in?
Answer:
1. The Guangzhou International Furniture Fair usually from the middle term of March to the end of March
2. The Spring Canton Fair from the middle term of April to the end of April.
3. The Shanghai International Furniture fair from Sep 12th to Sep 15th every year.
4. The Autumn Canton Fair from the middle term to the end of Oct.
Other fairs outside from China will be informed on due.
